You Talk, We Listen: The New Audiense Navigation Rolls Out Today

Audiense - Blog Banner - You Talk We Listen - Product Updates - NewsFollowing feedback from our customers, we have today rolled out new navigation in the Audiense product, which we believe this is a significant step forward for the in-platform experience. As the platform’s capabilities have grown and new features added, the learning curve for new and even experienced Audiense customers has become more challenging.

Finding and discovering product features has been as one of the biggest hurdles in getting to grips with the Audiense platform. In light of this feedback, we have simplified and reorganised the navigation structure to expose features more easily. Below is a screenshot of how the navigation looked in our Twitter marketing product before today’s change:

We have now reorganised platform features into three distinct verticals – Audiences, Analytics and Engagement – which means that the top level navigation looks like this from today onwards:

Audiences is all about the audiences you’re building inside the Audiense Platform and includes the following items:

  • Audience manager
  • Search all Twitter
  • My Community
  • Add contacts source

Analytics is where you can find all of the key metrics, reports and analysis on the audiences and communities you’ve built. It includes the following features:

  • Monitoring
  • Reports
  • Community Insights
  • Best Time to Tweet
  • Tweet Analytics
  • Latest interactions
  • Real time analytics
  • Account comparison
  • Benchmark
  • Followers retention
  • Personality insights

Finally, Engagement is where you can discover all of the different ways to interact and engage with your audiences and communities. The following functions are available:

  • DM Campaigns
  • Twitter Ads
  • Mention helper
  • Rule builder

In our Instagram Marketing product, the changes aren’t as wholesale – you’ll find all features under the Audiences and Analytics navigation headers.

Please share your thoughts or any questions you may have about the new navigation menu. We would love to hear your feedback!
